5 ways to stronger before

If you are like me, you love to exercise. But sometimes it can be hard to find the motivation to get up and get moving. If you're feeling a little low on energy, or if you just need a little extra push to get out of bed in the morning, here are 5 ways to make sure your exercise routine is making you stronger—not hurting you!

 1. Make every workout counts

Every workout counts, no matter how short or long—so don't skimp on your training time.

 2. Don’t  resist resistance

Resistance training is for everyone, whether you are an athlete or a stay-at-home mom. There are many ways to do it, but the premise is always the same: working against your own body weight or some other form of resistance.

3. Know your limits

One of the best ways to avoid stress is to know your limits, and try not to bite off more than you can chew. Take things slowly and work up to bigger challenges over time. It's better to have a few small wins under your belt than no wins at all!

4. Know what are you doing

BE PREPARED - If you’re unsure about how to use a machine or an exercise, ask for help. I’ll show you the ropes.

5. Rest is important

Exercise isn't the only thing that matters when it comes to fitness; rest is just as important. You need to allow your body time to recover from the stress of exercise and build new muscles.
